These include the defence of a transportation equipment leasing company in a claim for environmental contamination arising from the use of the leased equipment, the defence of a warehouse operator in a prosecution under the Building Code which resulted in the dismissal of all charges, and acting on behalf of a subrogating insurer seeking reimbursement for losses to specialized industrial equipment during rail carriage in Ontario.
