Biography

WILLIAM LITTLEJOHN is a thoughtful and driven advocate who brings a global perspective and a strong work ethic to every client file. He is committed to ensuring his clients feel heard and supported, and works diligently to achieve effective, strategic outcomes. Will’s diverse background allows him to approach legal challenges with curiosity, discipline, and a deep respect for the complexities of the legal system.

Prior to joining Stieber Berlach, Will was a student at a national firm and worked at a boutique personal injury firm as a lawyer. He has assisted on complex matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, insurance disputes, construction litigation, and NHL arbitrations.

Will received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude and appearing on the Dean’s Honour List. During law school, he was actively engaged in student life, serving as Vice President External of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and mentoring incoming students through multiple programs. Will also participated in the Dentons Negotiation Competition and completed a legal internship with the United Nations, where he conducted research for the Repertory of Practice on the interpretation of the UN Charter. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Ancient History and Archaeology from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, where he led student initiatives as President of the Archaeology Society and Class Representative.

Will has a background in archaeology. Prior to law school, he worked as a field technician, participating in excavations in Greece, Italy, and Scotland, as well as conducting site assessments in Canada in advance of infrastructure development. His academic and fieldwork experience in archaeology sharpened his analytical skills, attention to detail, and appreciation for evidence—skills he now applies to his legal practice.

Will has been admitted to the New York State Bar as an attorney and is eligible to practice in other UBE states nationwide.

Will has traveled to over 60 countries and continues to be passionate about history, global cultures, and exploration. Outside of the office, he enjoys following the NFL and NHL, playing ball hockey, and traveling.
