Landan Peleikis

LANDAN PELEIKIS is an ambitious and resilient litigator committed to providing exceptional legal work and professional client service. Landan is developing a practice focused on professional negligence, commercial disputes, product liability and sports and recreation liability matters.

Prior to joining Stieber Berlach as an associate, Landan articled and summered with the firm. During his articles, Landan assisted counsel with various matters in the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Landan received his Juris Doctor from Bond University in Queensland, Australia, where he graduated at the top of his class. At law school, Landan participated in several mooting competitions and volunteered as a student advisor at the Prisoners’ Legal Service in Brisbane. Landan received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph. Prior to attending law school, Landan worked as a court reporter, where he was able to observe experienced counsel in action on a daily basis.

Landan is a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association.

Outside of work, Landan is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoys spending his Sundays watching seven hours of commercial-free football with Scott Hanson.
