Felisia Milana

FELISIA MILANA is a dedicated and compassionate advocate who combines analytical precision with creative problem-solving to develop persuasive legal arguments. She takes a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every file, ensuring she fully understands the facts and legal issues in order to effectively advance her client’s position. Felisia is developing a broad-based litigation practice with a focus on tort claims, personal injury, municipal liability, and professional negligence.

Before joining Stieber Berlach as a Summer Student and subsequently completing her articles with the firm, Felisia gained years of valuable experience in the Legal Services Department of a local municipality. These experiences have strengthened her strategic thinking, and practical understanding of civil litigation, while reinforcing the importance of delivering thoughtful and client-focused legal representation.

Felisia earned her Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University (“TMU”). Throughout law school, she developed a passion for advocacy, particularly the creativity involved in crafting persuasive legal arguments. Her advocacy skills were recognized through a first-place team finish at the 2024 Walsh Family Law Moot and a first-place team finish at the 2023 Lincoln Alexander School of Law Internal Moot.

Beyond competitive advocacy, Felisia was actively involved in the law school community. She served on TMU’s Senate Appeals Committee from 2022 to 2025, participating in the University’s highest level of appeal for academic and non-academic misconduct matters. She also served as the Director of Communications for the Italian Law Students’ Society and the Director of Marketing for the Lincoln Alexander School of Law Advocacy Society.

Outside the office, Felisia enjoys baking, dancing, and spending time with her family.
