Biography

CAROLINE SWDERSKI is a diligent and thoughtful advocate who is committed to understanding her clients’ objectives while ensuring their interests are effectively represented. She approaches each matter with care and purpose, focused on achieving the best possible outcome for those she represents.

Prior to joining Stieber Berlach as an associate, Caroline summered and articled with the firm. During that time, she gained valuable experience assisting with large-scale class actions and complex litigation at various court levels. Currently, Caroline is developing a broad practice involving professional liability, medical negligence, construction, personal injury, and class action litigation.

Caroline earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, where she was actively involved in several student initiatives, including the International Human Rights legal clinic. She also dedicated significant time to mentoring incoming students both through the law school’s mentorship program and working as an LSAT instructor. She continues to support law students by regularly volunteering with the Ontario Bar Association’s annual Tort Law Moot.

Outside of work, Caroline leads an active lifestyle and enjoys weightlifting and hiking. As an avid reader, she has a particular interest in non-fiction, which enables her to develop a deeper understanding of various complex topics and contemporary issues.
