MURRAY STIEBER practices mainly in insurance-related litigation including professional liability, Directors and Officers liability, insurance coverage, municipal law, defamation law, wrongful dismissal and regulatory defence matters. In addition, Murray has played a pivotal role in providing advice to insurers on policy wording to be included in insurance policies.
Murray has extensive trial experience and has represented clients at all levels of Court in Ontario and at various administrative tribunals. Murray has also acted in a number of class action proceedings.
Murray has served as the co-ordinator of the firm’s articling program for the past number of years and has participated in seminars on various insurance related issues.
Murray obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1994.
