MICHAEL CREMASCO has a broad-based practice focused on product liability, personal injury, employment, property damage, and commercial general liability.
Michael has represented individuals, multi-national corporations and not-for-profits in cases involving issues such as occupiers’ liability, motor-vehicle collisions, construction negligence, contractual interpretation, directors & officers liability, coverage determinations, human rights and environmental matters. Since his call to the bar in 2014, Michael has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours, with Distinction) from the University of Western Ontario in 2010 and obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University in 2013. While at law school, he was awarded the Reuben Wells Leonard Prize for achieving the highest standing in Advanced Torts.
