Grant is proud to represent major corporations, property managers, retailers and owners in the scope of coverage determinations, personal injury claims and property loss litigation. Grant’s defence work for these businesses has resulted in numerous loss transfers, walkaways and successful defences in all levels of Court in Ontario and in nearly every jurisdiction in Ontario.
Grant has also represented numerous clients before the registered professional colleges of Ontario in all levels of investigation, including competency and disciplinary matters. Grant has also appeared frequently before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario in defence of allegations of breach of the Human Rights Code.
Grant obtained his Juris Doctor Degree in 2004 from the University of Toronto. Previously, he obtained an undergraduate specialist honours degree in Pharmacology also from the University of Toronto (with high distinction) and had experience in nursing. Grant is a published author of scientific studies and uses his medical/science background throughout his legal practice in assessing injuries, prognoses and liability issues.
