Iain Peck

IAIN PECK concentrates his practice in construction litigation. He principally acts on behalf of engineers, architects, other construction professionals as well as small and medium-sized municipalities. He regularly handles claims against directors and officers (particularly with respect to construction issues). He is involved in the defence of several large class proceedings and also defends environmental claims, particularly with respect to contaminated land.

Iain has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario as well as before arbitration panels. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Construction Section of the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates Society.

Iain obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Western Ontario.
