Emma Holland

EMMA HOLLAND specializes in professional liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance litigation, occupier's liability, product liability, municipal liability and class actions. She has represented clients, both from a Plaintiff and Defence perspective, in trials, appeals, applications and motions before various courts in Ontario.

Emma has authored articles for the Ontario Bar Association and the Professional Development Program for the Law Society of Upper Canada. She has also been an author and presenter at a legal conference studying various approaches to legal education at the University of Ottawa.

Emma obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Political Science from the University of Windsor in 1998, followed by an LLB from the University of Ottawa, English Common Law program, in 2001. Emma was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. She also completed the Osgoode Hall Law School Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop in 2005.
