Melanie Hockin

MELANIE HOCKIN primarily practises in insurance related litigation, including personal injury, motor vehicle tort, occupiers' liability and property damage claims.

Melanie has represented clients at several levels of Court in Ontario as well as at various administrative tribunals. She has also assisted clients in resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution.

Melanie received her B.A. in kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2003. She went on to obtain her LL.B. from Queen's University in 2006. While at Queen's, Melanie earned a certificate in International Public Law from the International Study Centre in Herstmonceux, UK.

Melanie joined Stieber Berlach in January, 2012.
