Frank Csathy
FRANK CSATHY specializes in insurance-related litigation and tort personal injury litigation involving catastrophic and fatal claims, insurance coverage, municipal liability, and professional liability.
He coordinates the firm's ongoing legal education program and has recently given a series of lectures to insurers and in-house regarding the extensive amendments to the Rules of Civil Procedure. Frank will be regularly updating clients as the law develops in this area.
Frank has represented clients at all levels of Court in Ontario as well as various administrative tribunals. He has spoken on coverage, trial practice, and developing areas of the law at the Canadian Bar Association, The Canadian Institute, professional association seminars, and insurance company training programs.
Frank obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree at the University of British Columbia in 1988.
