Barry Cox

BARRY COX specializes in professional liability, personal injury and construction law. Barry is a member of the firm’s auto insurance practice group, and also represents architects, engineers, property developers, municipalities, nursing homes and commercial property owners. Although Barry is a firm believer in alternative dispute resolution, he has ably represented the firm’s clients at all levels of Court in Ontario.

Barry practiced with another prominent Toronto litigation firm before joining Stieber Berlach LLP in 2002. Barry is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation.

Barry enjoys mentoring younger lawyers and to this end, has spoken at Continuing Legal Education seminars and has been an instructor for the Bar Admission Course.

Barry has a B.A. (Hons) in Political Science from Queen’s University, and graduated from the University of Western Ontario faculty of law in 1996.
