Elizabeth Bowker

ELIZABETH BOWKER has represented clients in trials, appeals, applications and motions before all courts of Ontario as well as before various administrative tribunals. Her practice includes class actions, professional liability, municipal liability, products liability, medical malpractice, environmental claims, wrongful dismissal and insurance coverage.

She has moderated and spoken about class actions and civil litigation at various conferences as well as at seminars for insurance companies. Elizabeth is a member of the Advocates Society and the Ontario Bar Association.

Elizabeth received her Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto in 2001 and previously completed an internship with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva.
